I Had one, still kinda do. The Highroller is only good for those who dont plan on doing any upgrades. IMO The reason being they dont have much available and theyre the best stock. They dont use AAs to charge. They dont have annoying battery doors. Their only downfall is their handling. They flip WAY too much. DTs dont flip so much but RTR they have a bad battery and charger. If you find a DT w/o battery and charger and just immediately get 2s lipo then you've got a way better vehicle than MHR. For those who do not wish to upgrade - MHR. for those who will upgrade - DT |

Switch it to a DT chassis... Its only like $7 for the chassis and $4 for the front mount. |

longer and (this is the big part) it has a bigger battery compartment which will allow you to easily use a larger/more powerful battery. 2s lipo is an amazing upgrade |

I think the High Roller rules with the widetrack upgrade and decent shocks. A lot less flips. Good ground clearance compared to the total lack of it on the MT.
I love my stock MicroT because of how low and wide it is for the length. It really is like a mini race truck. No ground clearance makes it super racy looking.
The two really compliment each other.
Also the battery issue isn't a deal breaker for me. I'm enjoying the stock one and will replace it with a couple max size lipos. |
